In this show Michael Nyman, Amanda Holmes and Luis Palacios Kaim present a range of perspectives on the passage of time and the traces it leaves on eroded and—until recently—forgotten buildings.
The original idea and curating was by Gabriel Mestre as part of his project Surplus Culture who explains that “the three artists reach similar conclusions, alluding to phenomena such as disuse and abandonment, and at the same time condemning the economic speculation currently operating in the real estate sector in many cities around the world.
