Using the photo-painting technique to reproduce different parts of the house in a realistic manner, and installing miniature airplanes and toy boats in the empty rooms, Vanessa García Lembo produces compositions that emphasize the three-dimensional nature of the space, highlighting the notion of the journey and transfer as the core of the General León 51 project.
Vicente Rojo, meanwhile, created a sound installation using the sound of airplane engines, complementing the work of Vanessa. He also presented three posters with Oriental motifs, breaking them down into a kind of jigsaw, and in the same room, installed twenty bricks, imprinted with both Arabic and Chinese numerals.
